let's hang out!

*laugh* the Lord is so strategic and simply KNOWS. All the days! So today was SO much fun!! This morning I was able to hang out with my roommie Traci and we "shared" clothes, etc... It was fun... and then I had lunch with Julie. SOOOOOO GOOD!! I loved it... we were both able to catch up. I am so thankful for her. It's funny but in a lot of ways I am walking her shoes... and boy am I grateful for her testimony!!! The Lord has blessed her in so many ways... it is amazing to see the work that he's done even this week! Okay so then I totally had to take my drug test... I was a little nervous driving on the interstate going to Lakewood - but all was swift and simple! And my reward: hangin' out with Andrea and Hannah! Andrea is actually from around Iowa Falls and we met this summer... She is a Junior at PLU... just in Parkland where we meet for church... We met up at the mall and just shopped together... Later Hannah and I (she prayed for me on Wednesday) had dinner and went for coffee and drove to the women's conference together... omigosh! She is such an awesome girl!! Our conversation was SOOOO good and completely blessed me!! OKay... so the conference tonight... WOWWIEE... We are doing a conference with the topic of significance... Our pastor's wife, Christy talked about the story of Mary... and how Mary didn't freak out when she was told she would have the Messiah, but when the angel greeted her. She pondered the GREETING! "Greetings, you who are highly favored! The Lord is with you." Do you think she was struggling. Do you think, like most women she was held back from understanding her significance - for understanding that she was chosen, really accepted and highly FAVORED?!! Look at the women around you. There are SO few who REALLY know that the Lord is favoring them. Look at how many have said yes and agreed with the word, "QUIT" What have you quit on? Have you quit believing that you are called chosen? That he will bring full restoration? Have you quit loving children? Quit hoping for your family's healing? Have you quit saying hi and greeting others with blessings? The main things which hold women back are DEFEAT and ANGER. So we totally pounded away at it - PROCLAIMED our victory... so check it out... And tonight the Lord so broke through and spoke through Brian to the woman - spoke truth, affirmations, love words, blessings... Women are being healed and restored this weekend. They are realizing their callings and moving forward. It is SOOOOO stinkin' amazing. "FAN-FLIPPIN-TASTIC." Really. SOO good... anyway... the Lord continued through the evening with good relationship stuff - I met more girls!!! And had such a good conversation with Amy... she is one of the coolest women ever. I love her. *BIG SMILE* I am so blessed.
