this weekend didn't really turn out as expected! (: it's still been fun though. friday night we went to see Narnia. omigosh. it was so good. i felt in so many ways that Jesus had honored it and the "Aslan was on the move". my heart was touched and in some ways it made me think of a child-like Passion. i loved it SO much. (: afterwards my roommate kellie and i went to will's party to celebrate his last day in the army! Woohoo! it was a blast. we played four on a couch - i love that game. makes me think of e-cafe one year. i drove cynthia home (to our house) to pick up her car. we had such a good conversation. what i've learned is how much people long to be listened to. and also, how i'm not very good at it sometimes. oh jesus, give me eyes and ears to hear like yours. yesterday i slept. and slept. cleaned my room (it is messy again) and did some laundry. oh i also attempted an art project but found that the canvas of choice is to large. (: i must return it to michaels sometime. last night jackie sprinkle and i went to the harris' house for a Christmas party. it was SUUUCH fun!!! at one point we were all standing in the living room singing Christmas carols and i just had a well of thanksgiving in my heart!!! i can't believe that i get to be in such a place with SO many people who love Jesus - and we're having a blast just singing together. it was a great night. (: today i'm going over to jaime balmer's for lunch. yum! we haven't been able to catch up for awhile, so i'm looking forward to it... alright - more later... this week i have a finance seminar tuesday - thursday. pray for me. i'm not too excited.
